1 Scope and Data Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by jilizz in connection with the operation of the jilizz platform, accessible at jilizz.club. It applies to all registered Players, visitors to the website, and any person who interacts with jilizz's services or communications, regardless of whether they hold an active Account.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, jilizz is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) responsible for the personal data described in this Policy. jilizz determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that data is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, jilizz processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil jilizz's obligations under its Terms and Conditions with you, including operating your Account, processing transactions, and delivering gaming services.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with jilizz's obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and age verification requirements. jilizz cannot operate lawfully without processing data for these purposes.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and analytics — provided that such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests as a data subject.
• Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications (SMS promotions and offers). You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting jilizz support or updating your Account preferences. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

6 Sharing Your Data

jilizz does not sell your personal data to any third party. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the purpose described:

• Payment processors: GCash (GXI), PayMaya Philippines, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC verification services receive identity documents and facial photographs for the purpose of verifying your identity as required by PAGCOR regulations. These providers process data strictly on jilizz's behalf and under jilizz's instructions.
• Game software providers: Game technology providers whose titles appear on the jilizz platform may receive session data (bet amounts, game outcomes) necessary to operate the games. Some of jilizz's technology providers and game software suppliers are based outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to entities located in countries that do not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the Philippines, jilizz ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Contractual data processing agreements incorporating the National Privacy Commission's standard clauses for cross-border data transfers.
• Transfer only to jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing adequate data protection standards comparable to those under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
• Binding commitments from receiving parties to process data solely for the purpose for which it was transferred and to maintain equivalent security standards.

8 Data Retention

jilizz retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA obligations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of each session, and for longer periods where required for dispute resolution or regulatory investigation purposes.
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the relevant support interaction, unless ongoing regulatory or legal proceedings require longer retention.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as the relevant consent remains active, plus two (2) years following withdrawal of consent.

Upon the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with jilizz's data destruction procedures.

jilizz uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on jilizz.club to enable the platform to function correctly and to improve the user experience. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core platform functionality, including maintaining your login session, processing transactions, and ensuring platform security. These cookies cannot be disabled without severely impairing your ability to use jilizz.

10 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by jilizz. These rights are enforceable and jilizz will respond to valid requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to know what personal data jilizz holds about you, the purposes for which it is processed, and the third parties with whom it is shared. This Privacy Policy fulfils that obligation.
• Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data jilizz holds about you. Requests must be submitted in writing to our Data Protection Officer and may require identity verification before data is disclosed.
• Right to rectification: You may request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. For Account details (mobile number, date of birth), corrections must be supported by appropriate documentation.
• Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to jilizz's legal and regulatory retention obligations. Note that data subject to mandatory PAGCOR or AMLA retention periods cannot be deleted until those periods expire.
• Right to object: You may object to processing based on jilizz's legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes. Marketing-related objections will result in immediate cessation of marketing communications.
• Right to data portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
• Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe jilizz has violated your data privacy rights, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

11 Data Security Measures

jilizz implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and jilizz's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocol, the current industry standard for secure communications.
• Encryption at rest: Personal data and financial records stored on jilizz's servers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis. Staff members access only the data necessary for their specific roles, and all access is logged and audited.
• Password security: Account passwords are never stored in plain text. jilizz uses industry-standard cryptographic hashing (bcrypt) to store password credentials.
• Penetration testing: jilizz's platform and infrastructure undergo regular security testing by independent third-party security professionals to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

12 Children's Privacy

The jilizz platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines. jilizz does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilizz discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, such data will be immediately deleted, the Account will be suspended, and the matter will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's procedures for underage gambling incidents.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilizz reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect the types of data collected, the purposes for which data is used, the third parties with whom data is shared, or your rights as a data subject — will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered mobile number, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing practices, or administrative updates) may be made without prior individual notice, provided that the updated Policy is published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the jilizz platform following the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with jilizz's Terms and Conditions.
