Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is successfully completed.
Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or accessed by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not authorized by you.

By depositing funds into your jilizz Account, you warrant that the funds are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. jilizz is required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and may request evidence of the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). jilizz reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per month on dormant Account balances, continuing until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by SMS prior to any dormancy fees being applied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilizz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jilizz's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
jilizz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and/or your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, jilizz reserves the right to withhold your balance pending investigation. If no fraud or misconduct is established, any Real Money Balance remaining after all liabilities are settled will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jilizz support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, provided no active investigations or pending withdrawals are outstanding.
jilizz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and jilizz, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as the majority of account and payment disputes can be resolved promptly through our standard support process.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jilizz support may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with the procedures established by the regulator for online gaming disputes. The decision of PAGCOR's dispute resolution authority is binding on jilizz in its capacity as a licensed operator.
For disputes outside the scope of PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
